George Small

Dr. George A. Small, Jr. has served God in full-time ministry since 1974 as a pastor, Christian day care administrator, chaplain, Christian school administrator and university professor, and administrator. In every position, George endeavored to spread the message of Scriptural holiness. He strongly believes that Scriptural holiness is the key to joy in one’s life.

George graduated from Eastern Nazarene College in 1975 with a B.A. degree in Religion. He received an M.Sc. degree in Education Administration and Supervision from Canisius College in 1996, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2002.

George’s 44 years of Christian service include 18 years as a pastor, including senior pastor at Kennedy Road Church of the Nazarene in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada; First Church of the Nazarene in New Castle, Pennsylvania; and First Church of the Nazarene in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He also served four years as a chaplain and Bible teacher at Peoples Christian Academy in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Currently, George serves as vice president of the Peniel Holiness Association.

George and his wife, Lynda, have been married since 1975. They have 2 grown sons and 2 grandchildren.
